President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, which resolved to award the King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Isa Ak Khalifa with the Bitaraplyk Order for special merits in assertion of the status of permanent neutrality on independent Turkmenistan, consolidation of friendship, development of old economic, scientific, educational, cultural and international cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as for personnel input to the consolidation of unity and solidarity of two countries.
