President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on Dismissal to Reserve from the Armed and other Forces of Turkmenistan of the Military Personnel Serving the Compulsory Duty and Regular Enrolment of the Citizens of Turkmenistan to Military Service, which resolved to: 1. To dismiss military personnel serving compulsory military duty who completed their due period from the Armed and other forces and other military agencies in April – June 2019. 2. To call up the citizens of Turkmenistan who do not have the right to deferment and who have reached 18 years by the date of recruitment and the citizens who lost the right to deferment to the military service in April – June 2019.
