President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, according to which the Minister Defence, the Head of the State Border Guard Service, the Ministry of Interior, the Minister of National Security, the Head of the Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the State Migration Service were assign to dismiss military personnel who completed their period of compulsory service in ceremonial atmosphere according to dismissal plans and to encourage the best personnel in combat, social and humanitarian training.
