The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having allowed the administration of Ashgabat to enter into agreement with local construction companies for project design and construction of 23 nine-storey modern residential buildings and parks together engineering communications, roads and planning of surrounding territory. The document assigns to start construction works in April 2019 and to complete the construction of the facilities with full readiness to operation by December 2021.
