President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, which demoted Chairman of the State Customs Service, Major General Atadurdy Osmanov to the rank of the Colonel. By the Order of the President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan Atadurdy Osmanov was reprimanded for unsatisfactory performance of his duties and deficiencies admitted in his work.
