Early in the morning, the square in front of the Monument of Constitution became the place of honouring of the graduates of high educational institutes of military and law enforcement agencies of the country. Graduates of the Military Academy of Turkmenistan, Military Institute of the Ministry of Defence, Navy Institute of the Ministry of Defence, Border Guard Institute, the Institute of National Security and the Institute of the Ministry of Interior have lined up in single order. Secretary of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan, Minsiter of National Security Yailym Berdiyev read out the greeting of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan , Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on occasion of the this ceremony. After, the award ceremony of diplomas on high professional education and officer identification cards to the graduates of high educational institutes of military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan has started. After the ceremony, the participants were the witness of demonstration performance of the battalion of the Guard of Honour and artists of Alp Arslan National Drama Theatre. The march of the Motherland defenders marked the completion of one of the most important days in life of every warrior who decided to dedicate his destiny to military service. It is not a secret that defence capability of the country depends not only on availability of modern military equipment but also on the system of training of soldiers and officers who has combat skills and know advanced technologies, different sciences and who strive to become deserved successors of the best traditions of Turkmen army. Owing to defensive Military Doctrine of independent neutral Turkmenistan, which was developed and is successfully implemented under the leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the training of young soldiers and educational process is modernized by innovative methods of training and multimedia equipment, wide implementation of digital technologies. Today, the cadets of security forces universities develop the practice of military art, combat skills and advanced technologies, study different subjects trying to become deserved successors of the best traditions of Turkmen army. In its turn, the State support the Motherland defenders building modern comfortable houses, sport complexes and recreation centres for them and their families. Today, military camps and frontier outposts meet the latest world requirements and are provided with necessary level of comfort for life of military personnel. There is no doubt that young officers will put all efforts, skills and practice for provision of security of Turkmenistan, its constitutional order and integrity of the state border as well as strengthening of law and order in the country.
