The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs to hold the World Sambo Championship together with the International Sambo Federation in the Martial Arts Complex of the Olympic village in November 2020. According to the document, organization committee for holding of the Championship has been formed up and its composition has been approved. The document assigns the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs to develop and adopt the Provision of the World Sambo Championship, having agreed it with the International Sambo Federation.
