In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Aydogdyyev Amanmyrat Durdymyradovich, who previously held the position as the Rector of Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatoire, is appointed as the Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture. In accordance with the Decree, previous Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture, Saparmuhammedov Annamyrat is released from the position due to retirement.
