In accordance with the Decree of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Serdar Nazarov is appointed as the Rector of the State Power Engineering Institute of Turkmenistan. Soltanov Hadjymammet, who held this position, was dismissed from the post due to retirement.
