By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Myrat Atajanov was appointed as the Director of the Caspian Sea Institute. According to the Order of the Head of the State, the Institute has an important role in development of constructive cooperation in Caspian region, conducting marine studies, development of relative international and national legal documents and methodical information.
