President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, which resolve the following: To relive military personnel who serve their military duty and passed the period set by the Law from the Armed and other Forces to reserve in October – December 2019; To recruit male citizens of Turkmenistan who are not entitled to exemption and who are 18 years old by the time of recruitment and the citizens of elder age who lost the right for exemption to military service in October – December 2019.
