President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Minister of Defence, Head of the State Border Guard Service, Minister of Interior, Minister of National Security, Head of Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Migration Service are assigned to retire military personnel who completed their duties in ceremonial atmosphere according to retiring plans and to encourage the best soldiers in military, social and humanitarian training with prizes.
