Last week, 41 transactions were registered at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. Business people of the USA, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan and Panama purchased for foreign currency: the gasoline, dehydrated diesel fuel, technical kerosene and low-sulfur residual oil fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex. Representatives of business circles of Switzerland contracted straight-run gasoline produced at the Seidi Oil Refinery. In addition, the foreign-currency contracts were concluded for purchasing the refined cottonseed oil, cotton yarn and linter. The countries-buyers were: Russia, Great Britain, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and others. The sum total of transactions exceeded US $97,678 thousand. For deposit manat, business people of the USA, Switzerland, Turkey and Slovakia purchased refined cottonseed oil and cotton yarn (over 6,918 thousand manats). Domestic entrepreneurs contracted polypropylene (TRC) for the home market (378,000 manats).
