A book – a spiritual wealth and literary works, regardless of belonging to a particular national culture, is the property of all mankind”, says the President of Turkmenistan in his address. “The publishing industry is indissolubly related to science, education, culture, and healthcare. It has a positive impact on improving knowledge and shaping the worldview, especially of the younger generation. Therefore, we have created all the necessary conditions for the creative and productive work of publishers. “Time poses new challenges for the specialists of the publishing and printing industry. You must use knowledge and experience so that books with their content and design gain popularity among readers, and also, applying the best international practices and technologies, issue textbooks and educational materials for preschool, secondary, special and higher educational institutions”, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized in his Address.
