Opening working video conference session on November 4, the President called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the situation in the capital, large-scale activity for development of the city, maintenance of cleanness in the etraps as well as on organization of coming celebrations. In addition, the projects and locations maps of new complex of buildings of the Academy of the State Service under the President of Turkmenistan have been presented to the Head of the State. Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that issues of social and economic development of the main city of the country include strategic planning of its urban development and efficient management of infrastructure. Architecture and design of the buildings in the capital have to merge the style of the capital and to combine elements of national architecture and modern solutions. Digital technologies improving life quality of the population are very important in urban environment these days. Having inspected the projects, the Head of the state noted that new complex of buildings of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan has to have the best conditions for receiving of education according to high time requirements and ordered to exercise an international tender for construction of this facility. Continuing the subject of further development of Ashgabat, the Head of the State pointed out that it is necessary to involve the abilities of youth in urban development of the city. It is also necessary to hold under control the quality and timely commissioning of the facilities, especially those which are planned to be opened on occasion of International Neutrality Day, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted.
