During the international festival, you will be able to see that all necessary conditions have been provided in our country to create new works, build beautiful modern buildings in velayat centers and Ashgabat. “Theater is an integral part of world culture, which plays an important role in the mental improvement of a society. This festival is designed to determine the direction of further development of this art, to increase the professional level of its representatives. “I am sure that the international theatre festival will become a significant event in building up a cultural dialogue between the independent neutral Turkmen state and the countries of the world, sharing experience on enriching the scenic art with new works,” the President of Turkmenistan emphasizes.
