President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in St. Petersburg on a working visit to participate in an informal summit of the CIS heads of state. High-ranking officials and the members of the delegation of our country welcomed the President of Turkmenistan at the Pulkovo International airport, decorated with the state flags of the CIS member states.
