President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs on behalf of the Government of Turkmenistan, which is e beneficiary of credit, was allowed to enter into Financial agreement with the Saud Development Fund for financing of Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan – India gas pipeline as well as to make operations related to the entering of the agreement into force.
