The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Administration of Ashgabat is allowed to enter into agreement with Nusaý ýollary Company for project design and construction of automobile tunnel and four pedestrian crossings at the intersection of S. Turkmenbashy and A. Niyzov Avenues of the capital with development of surrounding territories and construction of external engineering water supply and sewage communications. The document assigns to start construction work in January 2020 and to complete the facilities with full readiness for operation in September 2020.
