In accordance with the Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan: Garayev Dovletgeldi Mammedovich was appointed as the Deputy Khyakim of Kaakhka etrap, Ahal Velayat; Hodjiyev Akmyrat Babaniyazovich is appointed as the Deputy Khyakim of Halach etrap, Lebap Velayat.
