In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan: Yaztagan Gylydjov vis released from the position as the Balkan Velayat Khyakim and is appointed as the Ashgabat Khyakim; Yazmuhammet Gurbanov is appointed as the Ahal Velayat Khyakim; Tangryguly Atahallyev is released from the position as the Lebap Velayat Khyakim and is appointed as the Balkan Velayat Khyakim; Shohrat Amangeldiyev is appointed as the Lebap Velayat Khyakim.
