The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to award a monetary prize in the amount of one million US dollars to the Geoktepe Etrap, Ahal Velayat that in 2019, achieved the highest social, economic and cultural results among etraps and cities of the country. The document instructs the Central Bank to allocate the funds from the State Development Fund.
