The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing ministries, sectoral departments, khyakimliks of Ashgabat and the regions, institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their legal form of organization, as well as individual entrepreneurs are instructed to introduce the electronic document management system and create websites in accordance with the established procedure, as well as to ensure their implementation and systematic upgrade. According to the document, it is prescribed to start work in March 2020 and to put the electronic document flow system and websites into operation by January 2021.
