The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution for stimulation and local producers, protection of their interests and improvement of competiveness of their production as well as optimization of trade and approved the following: - The list of relative commodities subject to customs duty during import to Turkmenistan and amounts of these customs duties; - The list of relative commodities subject to customs duty during export from Turkmenistan and amounts of these customs duties. The Ministry of Finances and Economy, the State Customs Service are assigned together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare proposals on amendments and addendums followed from this Resolution to the legislation of Turkmenistan and present to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month. Current Resolution enters into force from March 1, 2020.
