In order to create favorable conditions for the celebration of the International Women's Day, as well as in accordance with part 2, Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing: 1. To transfer the day off from March 8, 2020 to March 9, 2020 - Monday. 2. All institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, should secure the execution of the Decree.
