In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Minister of Education in charge for higher and secondary vocational educational institutions, Atabayeva Aknabat is severely reprimanded for the improper performance of official duties, the weakening of control over the activities of the institutions under her supervision.
