Specialists of the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations in Geneva held online meeting with WTO experts. WTO experts were informed on Turkmenistan's work to get observer status in WTO. As noted, the status will contribute to the dynamic development of the national economy of our country. A review of the economic policy and regime of the foreign trade of Turkmenistan was also prepared. The meeting participants discussed the possibilities of considering the issues on granting Turkmenistan the observer status in the World Trade Organization during the next session of the WTO General Council.
