The President of Turkmenistan appoints new Consul in Astrakhan, Russian Federation

By the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Guych Garayev has been appointed the Consul of Turkmenistan in Russian Federation (City of Astrakhan). Previous head of the Consulate of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan (Russian Federation) Atadurdy Bayramov was released from his post by the Head of the State due to transfer to another work.
