Türkmendemirýollary Agency holds talks with colleagues from Uzbekistan and Iran

Türkmendemirýollary Agency had talks between heads of railroad ministries and departments of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in video conference format. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Ovezov, who is in charge of transport and communication complex, and representatives of other branches took part in the talks from Turkmen side. The sides have discussed aspects of cooperation in transport sphere, formation of regional and international transport and communication infrastructure. Exchange of views on measures for prevention of negative impact of coronavirus pandemic on development of trade and economic relations took place during the session. Importance of establishment of contacts in logistic sphere, which provides stable cargo transportation in different directions, has been mentioned.
