In order to develop national culture, to encourage the workers of culture and arts to create new works, as well as to celebrate the Day of workers of culture and art and the poetry of Magtymguly Fraghi at a worthy level, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the relevant officials to arrange the Week of Culture in Lebap Velayat on June 22-27, 2021. The document approved the organizing committee and its membership. The President of Turkmenistan instructed the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the State Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, the Turkmen State Publishing Service and the Lebap Velayat Khyakimlik to ensure the organization of cultural events in various forms of art and artistic creation and their media coverage.
