The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Industry and Construction to conclude a contract with the “Beýik-Bina” Individual Enterprise for design and construction of the 2nd turn of the plant for the production of one million tons of cement per year in the Baherden Etrap, Ahal Velayat. , o improve the adjacent territory subject to constructions of external supply. In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Construction is authorized to conclude a contract with “Türkmen Enjam” Economic Society for design and construction of the 2nd turn of the plant for the production of one million tons of cement per year in the Koytendag Etrap, Lebap Velayat. In accordance with the documents, the construction works will start in July 2020 and will be completed in December 2022.
