Vice-premier, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the Arabic Republic of Egypt Sameh Shoukry. The sides have discussed number of main subjects of agenda of Turkmen – Egyptian cooperation. High level of political and diplomatic dialog and constructive character of cooperation under international organizations, especially under the UN, has been noted during the conversation. Consolidation of efforts in recovery after social and economic impact of COVID-19 pandemic was one of the subjects of discussion. In this aspect, importance of involvement of scientific, financial and other resources for solution of current situation has been noted. The foreign ministries of two countries have exchanged the views on capabilities of expansion of trade and economic cooperation and support of positive dynamics of trade. Aspects of the dialog in the spheres of science, education and culture have also been discussed.
