Revealing the scope of this work, improving the system of culture, they inspire compatriots for new accomplishments. We pay special respect to the creative work of poets and prose writers, journalists, musicians, artists, painters, workers of museums and libraries, the film industry, the media, folklore groups, and create all conditions for their work and creation of new compositions. “This year, on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of our independent state, cultural events are organized in the country with the active participation of cultural figures and masters of arts. Creative figures significantly contribute to the popularization of the historical implication of the permanent neutrality of the country; they pass over the inherited noble traditions and humane principles from generation to generation. The development of culture, improvement of all types of art contribute to the unity of society, because culture is the soul of people, and art is a national treasure. “There is a profound meaning in the fact that annually on June 27 we celebrate the Day of Workers of Culture and Arts and the Poetry of Magtymguly Fraghi,. This significant date embodies the interconnection of national culture, art and literature, uniting and increasing the importance of art and poetry. “Wise, intense, patriotic poems of Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fraghi are a great school of devotion to the Fatherland”, the President of Turkmenistan emphasizes in his address. According to the Turkmen leader, it is the duty of the media workers to convey to the people and artistically display all the transformations carried out in our country, to talk about how high goals are achieved. Turkmenistan works on the improvement of the activities of television and radio channels, newspapers and magazines, the introduction of digital systems in the media, and improvement of skills of journalists.
