President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on conferring of the title of Honoured Artist of Turkmenistan to Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov. Following from the text of the Order, Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov was conferred with the title of Honoured Artist of Turkmenistan for big merits in strengthening of friendly, fraternal and partner’s relations between the countries, in support of old Turkmen – Uzbek cultural and humanitarian cooperation as well as taking into consideration success in development of music and song art and professionalism.
