The event dedicated to good news – reports of the regions on fulfilment of contractual obligations for production of wheat by farmers, has been held before the start of the extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers. Children, young messengers from each region, have entered the hall carrying golden eyes of wheat and sacks filled with white wheat to the top. Children have greeted Turkmen leader with wishes of health and poetry about generous Turkmen land and hardworking people, who cultivate this land. Having congratulated the Head of the State on remarkable event – the completion of the wheat harvesting, the children presented symbolical gifts, the bouquets of full wheat eyes, to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. On behalf of the grain producers, Governors of Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary Regions handed over report on work victories of the farmers to the President. By the request of the children, the Head of Turkmenistan took photo with them for a memory. After, addressing the participants, the President noted that members of the Government have seen the course of the harvest, reforms in agricultural complex as well as work of the farmers during recent working trips to the regions recently. Powerful agricultural equipment, rich yield of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops have been presented on sites. Looking at endless wheat field grows up the mood, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said, having highlighted that this is the result of work of people who dedicated their life with farming. Special feelings are born inside when you are reaping wheat with your own hands or driving a harvester. This is because the bread is not just a food product but also a priceless gift to people from the Earth. It is not occasionally that dearest guests are welcomed with bread and salt. Nobody sends close people to long journey without bread. This is a noble tradition of Turkmen people, which has come to us from the depth of the centuries. The fact that today, primordial national traditions are not just continued but also are enriched with new content is pleasing, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted. When you feel the smell and try the taste of fresh bread, you feel your participation in the destiny of the nation, in sacred work of grain growers. These were exiting moments when poetry, which I dedicated to our brave farmers, was born in my soul, the Head of the State said and read his poem. Heartfelt poem of Turkmen leader were welcomed with enthusiastic applause of the participants of the session.
