President of Turkmenistan appoints new Khyakim of Berkararlyk Etrap in Ashgabat

In accordance with the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Toyly Atayev was released from the position as the Deputy Khyakim of the Berkararlyk Etrap of Ashgabat and is appointed as Khyakim of Berkararlyk Etrap. In accordance with the Decree, Rovshen Ishanov is appointed as the Deputy Khyakim of the Berkararlyk Etrap, Ashgabat.
