President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed condolences to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping over the victims, injured and significant damages caused by severe floods in several provinces of the country. On behalf of the people, the Government of the country, as well as on his behalf, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed the words of empathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the injured.
