In his address to the President of Turkmenistan, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping emphasized: “On behalf of the Government and the people of China, and on my own behalf, I have the honor to express my sincere gratitude to you for the letter of condolence you sent on the occasion of floods in several regions in southern China. Your letter demonstrated your great attention to the Chinese-Turkmen relations and long-standing friendship between the peoples of our states”. “I wish you good health and prosperity, and happiness and wellbeing to the friendly people of Turkmenistan”, underlines the PRC President in his address.
