Aspects of Turkmen – Romanian cooperation discussed

The Ministry of Finances and Economy of Turkmenistan hosted online meeting of the heads of the Ministry with Minister of Economy, Energy and Business Environment of Romania V. Popesku. The sides have discussed in details number of current issues of the agenda of bilateral cooperation. Special attention has been paid to cooperation in prevention and combating of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as implementation of joint activities for recovery of economic impact. The Ministers has noted the importance of Intergovernmental Turkmen – Russian Commission for economic, scientific and technical cooperation and discussed the opportunity to hold the next session of the Commission. Priority spheres of interstate dialog including in energy, transport, agriculture, light industry, education and high technologies have been reviewed at the meeting.
