In order to increase the volume of potatoes, vegetables and melons and gourds, fruits and berries and other agricultural crops produced in the country, their proper storage, as well as to ensure affordable prices for these products, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution instructing the ""Daýhanbank"" State Commercial Bank to allocate loan assets out of the funds of the Central Bank to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to finance the construction and reconstruction of refrigerating storehouses. It is planned to build new refrigerating warehouses with a capacity of 2,000 tons each and to reconstruct the existing ones, designed to store 4,450 tons of products in the Baherden Etrap, Ahal Velayat and Serdar Etrap, Balkan Velayat.
