The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Ashgabat Passenger Transport Department and Driving Schools Association of Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency are allowed to take part as founders in establishment of Awtoulag kärhanalar birleşigi Open Joint Stock venture with the share of 40 and 30 percent respectively in the charter capital. The document assigns the Ministry of Finances and Economy to provide the state registration of Awtoulag kärhanalar birleşigi open Joint Stock Venture in set order.
