The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Turkmenbashy Refiner Complex is allowed to enter into contract on their own account with Çalik Enerji (Turkey) for construction of two gas turbines and reconstruction of power station with the term of completion of the project within 18 months with full readiness to operation.
