President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar ASSR. “At present, the fruitful Turkmenistan-Tatarstan relations based on the historical ties of friendship and fraternity vividly illustrate the multifaceted and strategic partnership with the Russian Federation,” the Turkmen leader emphasized in his address and expressed confidence that trusting relations between our countries would develop. President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished President Rustam Minnikhanov good health, happiness and well-being, and peace, progress and prosperity to the fraternal people of Tatarstan.
