According to the President of Turkmenistan, among our main goals are the harmonious development of youth, modern education and knowledge, bringing up a generation of true patriots. “A child is a pride of every family and society. Dear students, stepping into the world of knowledge and science with enthusiasm, getting knowledge, you have to grow up physically and spiritually, hardworking, strong people with broad outlook, real patriots, and reach new heights in science, education and technology!” - emphasizes the President of Turkmenistan. “We are successfully implementing programmes aimed at strengthening the economic power of independent Turkmenistan, achieving the level of industrialized countries of the world, as well as improving the social and living conditions of the people. Our peaceful foreign policy, which is widely supported by the world community, is aimed at strengthening friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation. “As a solid foundation for the country's long-term development programmes, we attach particular importance to the harmonious development of the sphere of education. In this regard, in our country, where all the opportunities are created for obtaining education, training in specialties, conducting research work, the duty of young people is to learn and create, to increase the authority of the Motherland. “As part of the comprehensive improvement of the national sphere of education, we build specialized complexes that unite all forms of educational institutions, and, especially, kindergartens, secondary schools and creative centers with modern computers, educational and technical equipment, interactive multimedia technologies. “The national programmes and large-scale reforms prioritize the enrichment of the content of education, introduction of scientific achievements into this area, creation of new educational complexes, thus providing ample opportunities for our youth to receive a world-class education, revealing their talents. “Our policy requires creative search and professional growth of teachers and all workers in this field. Development of modern approaches, innovative teaching methods, promotion of spiritual and moral values should be the main responsibilities of every teacher and employee of the educational system. Therefore, our teachers - the representatives of the noble profession, along with upbringing of a highly educated generation, formation of the personal culture of young people, improvement of curricula, should multiply the traditions of pedagogical continuity”, says the President of Turkmenistan in his congratulatory address.
