For improvement of mandatory state insurance according to the Air Code of Turkmenistan, Code of Merchant Shipping of Turkmenistan, Laws on Motor Transport, Railroad Transport and on Insurance as well as provision of insurance coverage of passengers of all modes of transport, crew members of air, maritime, river, motor and railroad transport, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Provision on Mandatory State Individual Insurance of all modes of transport, crew members of air, maritime, river, motor transport and personnel of railroad transport is approved. The document assigns the Ministry of Finances and Economy in coordination with the State Insurance organization to adopt the order of establishment and expenditure of insurance funds for mandatory state individual insurance of passengers of all modes of transport, crew members of air, maritime, river, motor transport and personnel of railroad transport in set order.
