President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on recognition of some parts of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1646 from September 27, 1995 on Mandatory State Insurance of Passengers of All Modes of Transport, Crew Members of Air, Transport, Personnel of Railway, Maritime, River and Motor Transport as null and void, having resolved the following: To consider the second, third, fourth and fifth parts of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1646 on Mandatory State Insurance of Passengers of All Modes of Transport, Crew Members of Air, Transport, Personnel of Railway, Maritime, River and Motor Transport from September 27, 1995 as null and void.
