President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on the approval of the draft Constitutional Law ""On Amendments to the Constitution of Turkmenistan"". According to the document, the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan decides: 1. To approve the draft Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan ""On Amendments to the Constitution of Turkmenistan"". 2. To submit the draft Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan ""On Amendments to the Constitution of Turkmenistan"" to the Mejlis of Turkmenistan for consideration. 3. The main tasks of state authorities and public associations should be the further effective continuation of the historical works in order to accelerate the ongoing grandiose transformations, develop and deepen democracy, improve the system of representative bodies, enhance the authority of the independent, neutral Motherland.
