President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations and best wishes to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday. “The confident social and economic development of the Russian Federation, the consistent strengthening of its statehood and authority in the international arena are inextricably linked with your name”, the Turkmen leader emphasized in his address. Highly assessing the current level of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov especially noted the personal concern and enormous contribution of President Vladimir Putin to the development of strategic and friendly Turkmen-Russian relations. “We are planning to further expand the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between our countries.
