According to the Articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Court, I hereby decide as follows: To appoint Byashim Atayev as the Judge of Arbitrage Court of Turkmenistan; to appoint Babadjan Velmamedov as the Judge of Ahal Regional Court, having released him from the post of the Judge of Berkarar District Court of Ashgabat; to appoint Serdar Seytliyev as the Judge for administrative and enforcement procedures of Balkanabat City Court of Balkan Region and to award him with the 5th qualification rank; to appoint Yagshymyrad Yazmuhammedov as the Judge of Berkararlyk District Court of Ashgabat and award him with the 5th qualification rank; to appoint Yusup Hudayberdiyev as the Judge of Etrek District Court of Lebap Region and to award him with the 5th qualification rank; to appoint Merdan Amanov as the Judge of Hojambaz District Court of Lebap Region and to award him with the 5th qualification rank; to release Atanyaz Meredov from the post of the Chairman of Arbitrage Court of Turkmenistan due to expiry of term of his office; to release Tyllagozel Myradova from the post of the judge of Arbitrage Court of Turkmenistan due to expiry of term of her office; to release Merdan Jumanazarov from the post of the judge of Gyoktepe District Court of Ahal Region due to expiry of term of his office.
