In order to successfully implement the State Programme of the President of Turkmenistan ""Saglyk"" in the era of power and happiness, to ensure the provision of healthcare services to the population in accordance with international standards, based on innovative technologies, to strengthen the material and technical base of the health care system, as well as to effectively manage a sanatorium for 200 places , erected in the Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to establish a self-supporting sanatorium ""Bagabat"" and approve its Charter.
